wouldn't it be .1 kilograms?.
1 apple=.1
2 apples=.2
3 apples=.3
4 apples=.4
5 apples=.5
6 apples=.6
7 apples=.7
8 apples=.8
9 apples=.9
10 apples= 1.0 kilogram
