We divide 9.5 / 0.5 to see how much it runs in 1 hour.
9.5 / 0.5 = 19
So it runs 19 miles in 1 hour.
Now we multiply 1.75 to 19 miles.
1.75 * 19 = 33.25
So he will run 33.25 miles in 1.75 hours.
