Increase in CO2 in the chloroplast will increase the rate of photosynthesis. If there is an increase in the rate of photosynthesis there will be an increase in O2 since oxygen is the product of photosynthesis.

There should be a great light intensity and high temperature to increase O2 production. This means a rapid rate in photosynthesis.

When light intensity increases the rate of photosynthesis increases.

Answer - B. the amount of O2 inside the chloroplast increases
