first you find a common denominator ( I chose 90 because 18 * 5 = 90)

then you have to do the same thing what you did to the numerator so you would do 7*5=35 and 3*18=54

so it would be

35/90 + 54/90 = 89/90

and then you can't simplify it so the

answer is 89/90

Answer:

89/90

Explanation:

Given the expression,

7/18+3/5

We will find the Lowest Common Multiple of the denominator of both fraction and then add up. This gives;

7/18+3/5

The LCM of 18 and 5 is 90

= {7(5)+3(18)}/90

= (35+54)/90

= 89/90

The expression of the given fraction in its lowest term is 89/90 since no number can go in both 89 and 90 without leaving a remainder.
