3x-\ painted\\ 5x-\ unpainted\\\\ 1800=3x\ \ \ | divide\ by\ 3\\ x=600\\ 5x=5*600=3000\\\\ There\ were\ 1800\ painted\ faces\ and\ 3000\ painted\ faces.

u take 1800 and times it by 5 and divide it by the total of 3+5 so u divide it by 8
1800 x 5 divided by 8 + 1125
