First, solve for y.
1/3x - 1/6y = 0
-1/3x -1/3x
-1/6y = -1/3x (divide by -1/6, you basicallt multiply by -6)
y = 2x

(1)/(3)x- (1)/(6)y=0 \\ \\(1)/(6)y = (1)/(3)x \ \ /*6 \\ \\y=(1)/(\\ot3^1)x*\\ot6^2 \\ \\y=2x
