(f o g)(x) means f(g(x))
one way to find (f o g)(-5) is to find the value of g(-5) then subsitute that for x in f(x)
so
g(5)=-4(-5)+6
g(5)=20+6
g(5)=26
f(g(5))=f(26)=-2(26)-7
f(g(5))=-52-7
f(g(5))=-59
answer is D
