it has no solution .
or they do not intersect at any point.
or they are parallel.
y=mx+a
and y=mx+b
they have same slope but different intercepts
hence they are parallel.

There will be no points of intersection. Both equations are linear (lines) therefore cannot meet more than once and but since the lines are parallel they will go on forever in the same direction parallel to each other
