Expression A:
1+(5+5)^2=1+(10)^2=1+100=101
Expression B:
1+5+5^2=1+5+25=31
Three times the value of Expression B would be 93. 101 is greater than 93. So yes, the value of Expression A is greater than the value of Expression B.
