we nee to write the equation, the general form is

y=mx+b

where m is the slope and b the y-intercept

first find the slope

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

where (x2,y2) is a right point from (x1,y1)

we will use two points from the table ( -36 , -117 ) ( -27 , -98 )

so replacing

\begin{gathered} m=(-98-(-117))/(-27-(-36)) \\ \\ m=(19)/(9) \end{gathered}

we replace the slope on the equation

y=(19)/(9)x+b

now repalce any point of the table on the equation to find b

I will use (-18,-79)

\begin{gathered} (-79)=(19)/(9)(-18)+b \\ \\ -79=-38+b \\ \\ b=-79+38 \\ b=-41 \end{gathered}

so, the y-intercept of the line is (0,-41) and the general euqation of the line is

y=(19)/(9)x-41
