(4p-2)(-3p+7)

4p*(-3p)+4p*7+(-2)*(-3p)+(-2*7)

-12p^2+28p+6p-14

-12p^2+34p-14

(4p -2)(-3p + 7)
expand the brackets
(4p x -3p) + (4p x 7) + (-2 x -3p) + (-2 x 7)
-12p^2 + 28p + 6p + (-14)
-12p^2 + 34p - 14.
