We are given the graph of a parabolla. The vertex of the parabolla is the point (h,k) that is the highest/lowest. So, we simply need to take a look at where this happens. From the graph we can see that the lowest value occurs when x=0 and the height is 5. So the vertex would be the point (0,5)
