I think he is faster on the second attempt but I'm really bad at math

1/10 (60) = 60/10 = 6......so the first test, he can type 300 words in 6 minutes...or 300/6 = 50 words per minute

1/12 (60) = 60/12 = 5...on the second test, he can type 300 words in 5 minutes....or 300/5 = 60 words per minute

so he is faster on the second attempt
