1. Is the pressure increasing or decreasing? Why?

The pressure would increase because the gravity is coming from the core of the Earth, and the closer you get to the core, the more gravity you feel. It would be getting hotter because the core of the Earth is more like a lava ball, which allows gravity to exist.
