1. Factor out the x^1/3.
X^1/3(x^1/3 +2)=0
That means either x^1/3 equals 0 or x^1/3+2 equals 0.
For x^1/3=0, x=0
For x^1/3+2=0
X^1/3=-2
X equals -8
Therefore, x can be 0 or -8
