People must know the laws and rules of a country to live there they gain that knowledge by learning it through school (civics and politics) being arrested or told by federal or state attorneys to stop a thing they have participated in ascent clothes posture money and knowledge

People must know the environment, living situtations, and people, in order to "belong" in place. They need to understand their surroundings before anything.
They gain that knowledge by being very aware to everything and everyone around them.
It's easy for someone to know when they don't belong somewhere. They don't feel comfortable. People don't interact with him/her a lot. `
