I hope this helps you -30c-6= -9c-3 -30c+9c= -3+6 -21c= 3 c= -3/21 c= -1/7

Add 30c to both sides:
-6=21c-3
Add 3 to both sides:
-3=21c
Divide by 21:
-3/21=c
Simplify:
c = -1/7
Answer
c = -1/7
