Well, since the substance is just changing state, this is a physical change. The water will turn to steam, but it can be re condensed into liquid.

Also, the boiling point of water is obviously not 0°C since hat is the freezing temperature, so the answer must be C.

The boiling point of water is a physical property and is equal to 100°C.

The reason why the boiling point is a physical property, is because it chemically doesn't change anything inside the water. It just gets to a point where it becomes so hot it starts boiling.
