y = -6 is a horizontal line, so every other horizontal line is automatically parallel to it. y = 1 is parallel to it. y = 48 is parallel to it. with that in mind, all you need to do here is take the y-value of your given point and make it into a line: y = 7. y = 7 is also horizontal, so it's parallel to your given line, and it'll pass through (2, 7) as well.

for future reference: y = n (y equals a number) is a horizontal line, so all horizontal lines are parallel. x = n (x equals a number) is a vertical line, so all vertical lines are parallel.
