A - allele for round seed
a - allele for wrinkled seed
The cross is:
Parents: Aa x aa
Offspring: Aa Aa aa aa
So, aa will have wrinkled seed, and there are 2 of 4 offspring with aa genotype. 2/4 = 0.50 = 50%
