Calculating the value of this expression, we have:

$\begin{gathered} -1.3+\lbrack1.8+(-0.7)+0.2\rbrack_{} \\ =-1.3+\lbrack1.8-0.7+0.2\rbrack \\ =-1.3+1.3 \\ =0 \end{gathered}$

So the result of this expression is 0.
