Your equations needed are:
Area =pie times radius squared
Circumference = 2pie times radius

So the radius is half the diameters shown.

Soo Area =pie3^2
28.27inches

Circumference = 2pie3
18.85inches

Sooo now on the second question do you need to convert to inches? Or can it stay feet?

Area =pie1.05^2
3.46feet

Circumference = 2pie1.05
6.59Feet

But check if feet or inches are required for the answer to be right
