the general equation is
2AsF3 + 3CCl4 -----------> 2AsCl3 + 3CCl2F2

n mol ------------------------------------------------> ?

AsF3) =m/M= 1.13mol
so, n/2 = x/3 implies x = 3
n/2 = 3*1.13 / 2= 1.69 mol it is near 1.7
the answer is
