To find the answer, first, find a common denominator for 11/16 and 4/10.

10 and 16 both go into 80 evenly. So, convert each fraction so that their denominators are 80.

11 x 5 = 55
---------------
16 x 5 =80

11/16=55/80

4 x 8 = 32
-----------------
10 x 8 = 80

32/80=4/10

Now you can add 4/10 and 11/16

55 + 32 = 87

4/10 + 11/16 =87/80

Finally, subtract 87/80 and 3/4

3/4= 60/80

87/60=27

87/80-3/4=27/80

11/16+4/10-3/4=27/80

27/80 = .3375

Your answer would be 27/80 in fraction form or it would be 0.3375 in decimal form
