First, write the equation in slope-intercept form which is y=mx+b
where y and x are coordinates, m is the slope and b is the y-intercept
4x+5y=-9
4x-4x+5y=-9-4x
5y=-4x-9
5y/5=-4x/5 - 9/5
y=-4/5x -9/5
The answer is C.
