If we let c as the number of cars, then the revenue is represented by:
5c
and if the cost of the soap is fixed, then the fixed cost is only
34

The formula for profit is this:
Profit = Revenue - (Variable Cost + Fixed Cost)

Since there is no variable cost, we only have:
P = 5c - 34

Therefore, the answer is C.
