take 2/7 and multiply it by both expressions in the parentheses

2/7(2s) + 2/7(3)

4/7s + 6/7

(note this is the answer assuming that there is supposed to be a plus sign in between 2s and 3 (2s + 3) )

Answer:

(4)/(7)s+ (6)/(7)

Explanation:

The distributive property says that:

a \cdot (b+c) = a\cdot b+ a\cdot c

Given the expression:

(2)/(7)(2s+3)

Apply the distributive property:

(2)/(7) \cdot (2s) +(2)/(7) \cdot (3)

Simplify:

(4)/(7)s+ (6)/(7)

Therefore, the expanded form of the given expression is,
(4)/(7)s+ (6)/(7)
