So... because of the shape of the cuboid, 1 cm would have to be cut from the 5cm side and the 9cm side leaving it with dimensions of 8x6x4 which is 192cm^3 192/8 (because 8 is 2^3) =24

Not sure if it is fully correct. But the volume of the 2cm cube is 8cm^3. If you find the volume of the cuboid, 6x5x9 you get 270cm^3. 270/8 is 33.75, so it could be 33
