The answer would be B) x = 4.

1.5x + 6 - 3 = 4.5x - 9

1.5x + 3 = 4.5x - 9

3 = 4.5x - 9 - 1.5x

3 = 3x - 9

3 + 9 = 3x

12 = 3x

12/3 = x

4 = x

x = 4.
