It is given that a moviegoer sees 600 frames in 12.5 seconds.

Let N be the number of frames and t be the time taken to see n frames.

So, when N=600, t=12.5.

The number of frames seen per second is,

n=(N)/(t)=(600)/(12.5)=48

Now, we have to find the number of frames seen in t=189 s.

If n=48 frames are seen per second, then the number of frames seen in t=189 s is,

\begin{gathered} N=n* t \\ =48*189 \\ =9072 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the a moviegoer sees 9072 frames in 189 seconds.
