y = 0.5 x

slope = 0.5 => it is a line that grows from left ( -∞) to right (+∞), whose inclination is the angle whose tangent is 0.5. The angle whose tan is 0.5 is aprox. 26.6°.

The y-intercept is zero, which means that the line passes trhough the origin: point (0,0).

The y-intercept of this line is 0, because when we put x = 0, we obtain y = 0. This line is also less steep than the line of y = x because it has a slope of less than 1. The line passes through the origin and goes through the first and third quadrants because its slope is positive.
