first copy the problem -3x^2+14x-2
next substitute 2 for x (-3*2) *2 +14(2)-2
then get rid of parentheses -6*2+24-2
then combine like terms member order of operations -12+24-2
and finish it 10
I hope this helped you

Simple...

you have: x=2 --->>>
-3x^(2) +14x-2

plug it in-->>>

-3(2)^(2) +14(2)-2

=14

Thus, your answer.
