1 m = 100 cm
Take the cube of both sides
(1m)³ = (100cm)³
1³ m³ = 100³ cm³
(1*1*1) m³ = (100*100*100) cm³
1 m³ = 1 000 000 cm³
Therefore
1 000 000 cm³ = 1 m³
One million cubic centimeters = One cubic meters.
Hope this explains it.
