The range of the relation is
R = (-\infty, \infty)

Explanation:

Domain and range:

Domain is considered to be the input values, in a graph, the values of x.

Range is considered to be the output values, in a graph, the values of y.

In this graph:

x starts at -2 and goes to infty. So the domain is:
D = [-2,\infty)

As for y, the arrows indicates it goes to infinity. So
R = (-\infty, \infty)
