4m=9m-20
0=5m-20 (subtract 4m to both sides)
5m=20 (add 20 to both sides)
m=4 (divide by 5 to both sides)

4m=9m-20
You need to get "m" all on one side.
Take -9m from each side
-5m=-20
Divide -20 by -5m
-20÷-5=4
m=4
