We can start this equation off by noticing the fact that this is a linear equation, which we can write in the form of:
mx+b. We can plug in our x values and y values given. I am going to start on the second line:

We plug in the given point:
(0,-3.2).

-3.2=m(0)+b\\-3.2=b

We can also plug in the point
(4,0) to get:

0 = m(4) -3.2

We get
m = 0.8

Therefore, our equation for the SECOND line is:

y = 0.8m - 3.2

Hope that this helps you do the first line.
