51 r 4
8| 412
40
___
12
8
_____
4

okay, So you do 8x5=40

so you put the 5 on top and the 40 under the 41.

you subtract and get 1

from there you bring down the 2 and have 12.

The closest thing to 12 is 8x1 which is 8

SO you put 1 on top and 8 under 12 and subtract that

you then get a remainder of 4

I'm not sure if you can have remainders or not on your work, but if you need it without the remainder just comment :)

So, the equation would be 8/412. I wish I would show you the work, but I don't know how to. The answer is 0.019.
