(9,1) x1 y1 Y=mx+b 1=4/3(9)+b 1= 12+b -12 -12 -11=b Y=4/3x-11

Slope intercept form = y = mx + b
1 = 4/3 * 9 + b
1 = 12 + b
b = -11
y = 4x/3 - 11
