the y/intercept is (0,6) because that is the point where the line crosses the y-axis

knowing that use the point (0,6) and (4,3) to find the slope use rise over run so it goes up 3 and right 4

using the slope intercept equation y=mx+b it is y= -3/4+6

it is negative because its going downward
