(-6,-4) are the ordered pairs found in Quadrant III because in quadrant III both x-coordinates and y-coordinates are negative

The slope of a line perpendicular to line with the equation y=4x+5 is(-1/4)
The slope of a line parallel to a line with the equation {5x -2y=11 -2y=11-5x
y=5/2x +11/-2}is (-2/5)
