the multiplicative inverse is basically the reciprocal. So just flip the number. The 2 numbers, when multiplied, will equal 1.
1/2.....multiplicative inverse is 2/1 or just 2. <==
1/2 * 2/1 = 2/2 = 1 (correct)

2
, or 2 over 1 (2/1).
