First convert 0.4% to decimal by dividing by 100
0.4 / 100 = 0.004
Now multiply 20 by 0.004 to get your answer
20 * 0.004 = 0.08

20/100= x/0.4 then cross multiply 20/250=x which 0.08 the answer is 0.08
