y = mx + b; b = 6
1 = 4m + 6; m = -5/4
-5/4 = (1 + 2k) / (4 - k - 3) = (2k + 1) / (1 - k)
-5(1 - k) = 4(2k + 1)
5k - 5 = 8k + 4
-3k = 9
k = -3
