Are you asking how many thirtieths there are in 400 ?
Well there are 30 of them in each ' 1 ', so in 400,
there are
(400) x (30) =
12,000
thirtieths .

ok well we could find out by dividing 400 by 30.
400 / 30 = 13.333333
We Can Round That To 13
