The current I in an electrical conductor varies inversely with the resistance R of the conductor.

The current is 1 amps when the resistance is 360.

Use this information to write an equation to model the relationship.

SOLUTION

I is inversely proportional to Resistance.

1 = K/ R ( where K is a constant)

1 = K / 360

cross - multiply, we have:

K = 1 X 360 = 360

The equation to model the relationship is I = 360/ R
