6^-2
1^-2 = 0.01
0.01 x 6 = 0.06

4^0
4^0 = 1, because everything to the power of 0 equals 1

0.06 x 1 = 0.06

Solution:

= 6^-2 * 4^0 (Anything to a negative power results in a fraction, and anything to a power of 0 is always 1).

= 1/36 * 1

= 1/36

Best of Luck!
