A person that is a coach of a baseball team like Josefina has a leadership skill but it is only within the game because situations in a game is different compared to the situations that will be encountered in politics or other things that will involve the society because in those things you will also need to have the knowledge and experience of being a leader that will develop a good community. Same with being a mother, being a coach is not a must just to be a mother of a child.
