start by combing what’s in the parentheses, but you can’t considering you can’t add or subtract terms with different bases. so then you’ll remove the parentheses, which leads to: x+3+x+2-2x+3+x-1. you change the signs on the 2x and -3 because there is a - in front of the parentheses. so then you will combine all the x’s like so: x+x-2x+x, which equals 1x, or x. so then you’ll combine the the numbers like so: 3-2+3-1, which equals 3. so you’re answer is x+3
