Debt Capital is the amount of money you owe that your company must pay (could be for equipments), equity capital is the total amount of money your company is accessible for

A company can increase capital by using two means-- Equity & Debt Equity
means ownership. Everyone who owns an equity share of a company owns a part of. Debt is obligation u have to pay for it
