first put the numbers in order
6,7,9,10,11,11,12,13,16

Q1 = (7 + 9) / 2 = 16/2 = 8
Q2 (median) = 11
Q3 = (12 + 13) / 2 = 25/2 = 12.50

Interquartile range (IQR) = Q3 - Q1 = 12.50 - 8.00 = 4.5
